HOW TO PURCHASE OF PACKAGES

The packages are composed of groups of participants of a variable number depending of the sport and / or cultural offer and can be purchased for the period determined from time to time by the Knights of Gaia ASD in agreement with Partners.The ability to purchase through the site www.equestrianitaly.com is reserved to shareholders, who to buy packets must agree to these terms of sale and the information on the processing of personal data by the Knights of Gaia ASD

After the period of validity indicated performance is no longer usable.The Member has however the possibility of requesting redemption at the Knights of Gaia ASD purchase of a package not used within 7 days of purchase.The receipt entitles the provision of the service by the number of persons for which it was purchased, as reported on it.The Knights of Gaia A.S.D. ensures that the partner accepts the receipt to the conditions therein.The Knights of Gaia A.S.D. is not responsible for compliance with the description of the service from the partner actually disbursed.

PAYMENT
If payment of the Ticket and 'good order, notice will be given instructions on how to behave and, in any case, the Ticket must be paid in full because it confers the right to use the service.
Should the Knights of Gaia A.S.D. shall return / refund of amounts already paid by the shareholder, the following applies: the Knights of Gaia ASD communicates to the member with the calendar for reimbursement through the use of the same payment instrument used to pay for the package.
 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal for packages booked can be exercised within 7 working days from the day the contract is concluded.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the prescribed period, a simple e-mail to the e-mail: info@cavalieridigaia.it.

FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SITE
The Knights of Gaia A.S.D. reserves the right to modify, limit or discontinue the size and features of the site www.equestrianitaly.com at any time, for example due to maintenance work, new developments and / or other obstacles. Eventually this could cause a loss of data. Therefore, the Knights of Gaia A.S.D. assumes no responsibility for the availability of the service, the lack of technical failure or data loss.

The member enjoys the rights under Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, namely: to seek confirmation from the headquarters of the Knights of Gaia of their personal data; to know their origin, the logic and purpose 'of their treatment; to obtain the updating, correction, and integration; to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or block in the event of unlawful processing; to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons or if the data is used for sending advertising material, commercial information, market research, direct marketing and interactive marketing communications.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This agency contract between the purchaser and the Knights of Gaia ASD in selling packages of Partner of the said Association is governed by Italian law with the exception of the Convention on the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Any dispute relating to the interpretation, execution and termination of the contract between the purchaser and the Knights of Gaia ASD will be settled by the Court of Rome.
